We can eat the best fish dishes at the local pub "Cucina Kaneshin". Even though it's located in mountainous area, Hidaka village. Thanks to Kaneshin we don't have to go to sea to eat fishes.
"Sashimi of Yoko" at "Nishimura Shouten"
In Tosa(Kochi) dialect, the child of tuna fish is called Yoko.
We can eat yoko only several weeks in this summer season and only in this area of Japan.

This is the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki. Carp is the name of local pro baseball team and also this famous okonomiyaki restaurant.
Niku means ribs of pork. Tama means eggs. Soba means fried noodles.
and Special means double Niku!

Ayu is known as valuable fish.Especially ayu of Niyodo river, the best water quality river in Japan, is special.
This tendon costs only 650yen. It might costs 2500yen in Tokyo.
